Project Brief:
Systems
Design a business that delivers a product or service via a vending machine. Create a plan for a new business to address a problem you have identified.
The business should understand its target audience, address a real problem, show a creative solution, and use information smartly as a key part of the business. It should also have a likelihood of making money.
PROBLEM
Many travelers do not own or like to carry large, heavy photography equipment with them when traveling. Some will settle with their cameras on their smartphones, but the quality of their photos may be limited.
WHY CAMTOGO?
CAMTOGO is a vending machine system implemented at tourist spots that provides a camera and accessories rental service for tourists who need equipment to take high-quality photos. The machines will be located at tourist attractions, such as famous landmarks, theme parks and national parks.
The vending machine will charge users money by the types of equipment they rent or purchase, and the rent time.
